Job Title:Automotive Lead Service AdvisorLocation:17875 Oakmont Drive, Omaha, NE, 68136Job Overview:As a Lead Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you lead the sales team that our guests rely on when they need vehicle assistance and decide to invest in repairs. For these reasons, you play a key role in building relationships with our guests. Our Lead Service Advisor guides guests through the entire repair process, keeps them informed of their vehicle's status, and ensures their satisfaction before they leave our facility.The Lead Service Advisor is accountable for and has authority over all aspects of the daily sales operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, guest experience, sales activities, team management, quality of work, guest satisfaction, revenue, profit margin, and other documented goals as assigned by the Director of Operations, Shop Operations Director and Owner.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve office and shop personnel with humility, urgency and excellenceServe our guests and community in a similar mannerLead all daily sales operationsFollow and enforce all company policies and procedures outlined in the current Employee HandbookEnsure quality of work, attitude, and performance meets or exceeds guest satisfaction goalsDevelop estimates and work ordersDirect Service Writers' development of our guest estimates and work orders and assign work orders to the techniciansEnsure selection of quality partsEnsure target margins are achievedOpen and close stores on a daily basisPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, audits, and report analysis. Report results to Franchise Owners and/or OperatorsServe as the primary communications interface to the guests, before, during, and after servicePresent the best solution to properly repair our guest’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandConsistently and effectively sell our services without ever jeopardizing honesty and integrityAct professionally to represent the quality organization you work for, always projecting honesty and integrityPerform other duties as may be assigned
